About
Efrat (Efi) Avigdor
Founder, Wealth Dialogue

Wealth Dialogue is a one-person practice, so the person you speak with is the person who does the work.
I am a trusted advisor to ultra high net worth families and family offices, with more than 25 years of experience. I serve as fractional C-suite executive, trustee, investment committee member, family office board member, or independent voice to the family enterprise, whichever role the moment calls for.
Families typically come to me at an inflection point. Some are building a family office, others are scaling or repairing one, and some sense that something isn't working but can't pinpoint what. I diagnose what's actually going on, then help the family build the structure, governance, and operations to address it. Because I am independent, I can be a trusted voice for the whole family, not just one member. For principals who want to stay in control but lack the time or expertise to run everything themselves, I act as an extension of the family enterprise. Many engagements begin as focused projects and grow into broader, ongoing roles.
My perspective is shaped by deep technical expertise in sophisticated income and estate tax planning, structuring, and compliance, along with hands-on command of family office operations, financial reporting, and back-office infrastructure. That grounding lets me see what siloed advisors often miss: how decisions in one part of the family's world ripple through the rest, where a promising idea might break down, and how to keep the whole enterprise organized and running smoothly. My work spans tax and wealth planning, investment oversight, philanthropy, risk management, succession, and governance, and I am equally attuned to the family dynamics that shape every decision.
No two families are alike, and my approach is always tailored. I work seamlessly alongside a family's existing advisors or bring in trusted strategic partners where needed, so that everyone is aligned around the family's best interests.
